Job Description

The unit focuses on telemetry monitoring, ensuring patient safety and support during their recovery.

• Provide direct patient care and monitor cardiovascular health via telemetry systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Prepare patients for procedures such as Endoscopy and Interventional Radiology.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in Medical Telemetry nursing is essential.
• Charge Nurse experience and BSN are preferred but not mandatory.
