You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code in .NET, Azure, Kubernetes
Assist in designing systems integrating ML/generative AI with real-time adjudication, autonomous coding, and chart intelligence
Align technical execution with business goals
Translate complex requirements into technical designs
Collaborate with global and offshore teams for seamless delivery
Continuous Improvement
Stay current on ML, generative AI, and cloud trends to drive innovation
Provide explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows and decision-making

Required Qualifications

.NET Development: 2+ years of experience in enterprise-grade software development
Cloud Platforms: 2+ years of experience with Azure/AWS
1+ years of experience working with data science teams on training, testing, and integration
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with generative AI frameworks (e.g., CoPilot, Hugging Face,)
Experience designing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
Demonstrated background in natural language processing (NLP) and LLM integration

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
