About the Role

Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled Travel Mammography Technologist to join our partner, a respected Critical Access Hospital near Pecos, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for an imaging professional seeking a supportive rural hospital environment while enjoying strong pay and a steady daytime schedule.

You’ll play a key role in providing high-quality breast imaging and diagnostic services to patients in the community. This role is ideal for an experienced Mammography Tech who thrives in a team-based setting and is looking for a rewarding contract experience in West Texas.

Position Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Schedule: Day shift | 5x8s or 4x10s | 40 hours weekly guaranteed

• Setting: Critical Access Hospital

• Compensation: $2,650/week

Responsibilities

• Perform mammographic imaging procedures with a focus on patient safety, accuracy, and comfort

• Prepare patients for exams and explain procedures clearly

• Operate and maintain imaging equipment in compliance with hospital protocols

• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure accurate diagnosis

• Maintain patient records and follow all HIPAA regulations

Education & Certification Requirements

• ARRT certification in Mammography (M) required

• Current Texas state license (or eligibility)

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

• Minimum 1 year of recent Mammography Tech experience preferred
