Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with at least 1 year of recent mammography experience and active certification for a day shift travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based mammography unit
• Day shifts are scheduled as 5x8s from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Patient caseload consists of mammography imaging procedures
• Performs mammography imaging procedures according to department protocols
• Assignment does not provide housing expense support

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year recent mammography experience required
• Active licensure and certification required if applicable
• Certifications must be from the American Heart Association and valid for the contract duration
• No employment gaps totaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number required for consideration
• No local candidates; must reside more than 65 miles from the facility
