Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Registered Nurse

to deliver exceptional patient care on the

2nd or 3rd shift . You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive holistic, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Administer medications and physician-ordered treatments
Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress
Assist physicians during assessments and procedures
Provide education and compassionate support to patients and families
Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records
Uphold all nursing standards and facility protocols
Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical terminology/procedures
