Your Role as a Nursing Assistant

Assist nurses with patient care and treatment as needed, supporting activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Transport and prepare patients for various procedures while communicating their needs and concerns to the nursing staff. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, enhancing the recovery process through compassionate engagement. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR certification required.
