Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling

• Meet with clients on-site to understand their signage needs and present tailored solutions

• Manage the sales process from lead generation through closing and ongoing account management

• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business

• Collaborate with internal design and production teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope

• Achieve and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and strategic territory management

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outside sales, B2B sales, or account management experience preferred (signage/graphics industry experience a plus)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships across industries

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
