Job Summary

The Host provides a warm welcome and lasting farewell to every guest. They manage the flow of the restaurant, quote accurate wait times, and assist with takeout and curbside operations when needed. This role is key to creating a positive first and last impression for every guest.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, answer phones, take reservations, and help with takeout orders

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at the host stand, front door, lobby, and guest areas

• Understand restaurant seating and table assignments by server section

• Learn how to set and clear tables properly

• Support curbside pickup procedures

• Perform side work responsibilities during and after shifts

Job Requirements

• No experience required — we provide training

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude

• Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols

• Effective verbal communication with co-workers and guests

• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
