Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects ranging from $5 to $20 million. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets and provide monthly financial updates with forecasts
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, and change orders from development through execution
• Review and process accurate monthly billing statements
• Monitor gross profit targets and take proactive steps to meet financial goals
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Implement QA/QC procedures to identify and resolve issues early
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and uphold quality standards
• Enforce safety protocols through consistent site inspections and adherence to safety plans
• Maintain strong client communication and lead weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, and design teams
• Mentor team members, resolve conflicts, and strengthen subcontractor partnerships
• Collaborate with internal departments including Estimating and Business Development
• Participate in client presentations and interviews

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of experience in General Contracting (GC) or Construction Management (CM)
• Proven success managing projects over $5 million
• Proficiency in Procore or similar project management platforms
• OSHA 10 certification
• Strong technical skills in construction engineering and tools such as Bluebeam

Additional Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall field experience preferred
• Experience managing projects up to $20 million

• The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
