Warehouse Associate Picker/Packer
Our client, a leading beauty and cosmetics distribution center in Greenwood, IN, is hiring Warehouse Associates to support their warehouse fulfillment operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll help prepare beauty products for shipment to stores and customers nationwide. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy staying active, this could be a great fit.
Schedule & Pay:
- MonThur, 6:00 AM 4:00 PM | $17.00/hr
- MonThur, 4:30 PM 2:30 AM | $17.75/hr
- FriSun, 6:00 AM 6:00 PM | $18.00/hr
- FriSun, 6:00 PM 6:00 AM | $19.00/hr
Shift Differentials:
- Weekday Nights: +$0.75/hr
- Weekend Days: +$1.00/hr
- Weekend Nights: +$2.00/hr
What will you be doing?
- Picking and packing products using RF scanners
- Sorting, labeling, and preparing merchandise for shipment
- Replenishing inventory and organizing bins
- Assisting with receiving and general warehouse support
- Following all safety protocols and keeping work areas clean
- Climbing stairs as needed to retrieve items
What do you bring?
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay on your feet throughout your shift
- Must be 18 years or older
- Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
