Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking flexible warehouse associates to join their team. As a Flex associate, you will be part of the Production department supporting their packaging operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player, be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance, have good communication skills and be reliable and flexible, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Bristol, Pennsylvania Pay: $17.00 per hour Shift:

1. 1st Shift A - Monday to Friday 6:30am-2:30pm
2. 1st Shift B - Monday to Friday 7:00am- 3:00pm

Pay: $18.50 per hour Shift:

1. 2nd Shift A - Sunday to Thursday 2:30pm-10:30pm
2. 2nd Shift B - Sunday to Thursday 3:00pm- 11:00pm

Pay: $19.75 per hour Shift:

1. 3rd Shift A - Sunday to Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am
2. 3rd Shift B - Sunday to Thursday 11:00pm- 7:00am

What's the Job?

• Packaging
• Quality Assurance
• Weighing and Scaling Material
• Assembly
• Each employee will actively participate in the Behavior Based Safety (BBS) program and is required to follow all safety practices and procedures.
• Learn and follow Estee Lauder Environmental, Health and Safety policies as well as all OSHA rules and regulations.
• Follow good safety practices and use good safety work methods like the "seven steps to proper lifting." For heavier cartons/objects has helper assist using "buddy lifting method."

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds and the Ability to stand for long period of time.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Successfully pass a Background Check & drug screening
• Have reliable Transportation
