Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Office support team, supporting daily operational activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: DU BOIS, PA
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What's the Job?
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Taking and processing customer orders accurately
- Scheduling inbound and outbound freight shipments
- Generating Bills of Lading and Invoices
- Preparing bank deposits and assisting with accounts receivable
What's Needed?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS Office applications
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle data entry, invoicing, and clerical tasks efficiently
