Job Description

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities and ensure a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.

Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.

Skills and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Experience in an Office Environment Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems).

Familiarity in the insurance space
