Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for current and prospective customers in the FASTSIGNS Center

• Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished products

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, in-person visits, and on-site at their businesses

• Participate in daily team meetings and support execution of business and marketing plans

• Foster long-term customer relationships by converting prospects into loyal clients

• Provide excellent service by listening, problem-solving, and offering effective solutions

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and relationship-driven

• Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods (4+ hours)

• Capable of working under pressure while producing high-volume, high-quality work
