Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent specialty experience for a day shift travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a physical therapy department with remote capabilities
• Day shift schedule from 08:00 to 17:00
• 13-week travel contract
• Setting and unit focused on physical therapy services
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
• No local travelers accepted; must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
• Returning travelers must have a minimum 2-year break from previous permanent employment at any CHS facility

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in physical therapy
• Active PT license required if applicable
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• Drivers license required for consideration
• US Social Security Number required; Canadian SIN not accepted
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
