Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a home health position in Connecticut requiring a CT PT license and at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Home health setting with approximately 6 patient visits per day
• Day shift schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Candidates must provide proof of current license or a completed application
• Renewal receipt or scheduled course dates must be provided if certifications will expire during the assignment
• Local candidates within a 60-mile radius are accepted at a reduced rate

Requirements

• Current CT PT license required; license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Home care experience preferred
• Two professional references from managers within the past year are required
