Physical Therapist - Home Care

• Sarasota area
• Collier county, FL (Naples area)
• Marion/Lake/Sumter counties, FL (Ocala area) 
• Primarily in Ocala/The Villages area…however must be willing to go to all 3 counties

WILL TAKE ANY EXPERIENCEMonday-Friday schedulesWeekend & Holiday rotations - Will talk w/ managers about it

• 58.5 cents/mile for mileage reimbursement
• PTO - 29.25 days of PTO. Can cash out up to 10days years. Accrued but starts day one. 9 weekly hours every biweekly
• 403b w/ company match
