Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage or assist in managing utility-scale solar, battery storage and energy-related land development projects through all phases: planning, design, permitting, and construction.
• - Coordinate internal project team and act as point of contact for external stakeholders including clients, consultants, and permitting agencies.
• - Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables with support from Technical Managers and leadership.
• - Delegate and assign tasks to team members based on expertise and project needs.
• - Ensure technical accuracy and QA/QC on grading, drainage, utility, and site layout designs.
• - Support or lead client communication, progress meetings, and proposal efforts.
• - Work closely with staff to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

• We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager to join our Energy Studio.
• This individual will play a key role in delivering solar land development projects from concept through construction, working alongside a collaborative team of civil engineers and technical managers.
• The ideal candidate brings either direct solar development experience, civil project management experience, or both and is looking for a long-term growth opportunity within a high-performing, project-based team structure.

Pay and Benefits:

• The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
