About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Warehouse Associate

to support our operations team. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely and correct order fulfillment, and contributing to a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately record inventory data using manual logs or electronic devices.

Identify and document discrepancies between physical stock and inventory records.

Receive, count, and verify incoming shipments.

Label stock items with appropriate identification tags or stamps.

Pack and unpack items for storage or distribution.

Process shipping requests and prepare items for dispatch.

Distribute materials to designated areas, shelves, or production teams.

Report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the supervisor.

Maintain organized records of contracts, purchase orders, and requisitions.

Ensure the stockroom remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Conduct routine inventory checks of materials, supplies, and merchandise.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 6 months’ experience in warehouse operations, stocking, or shipping.

Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 50 pounds regularly.

Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Monday to Friday

7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
