Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to spearhead projects within the Vehicle Equipment Finance sector, promising diligent leadership from initiation to implementation to ensure successful business outcomes. Highlights of this role include directing and managing a diversified team, ensuring projects align with budget, time, and quality standards, and effective stakeholder communication to mitigate execution risks. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a keen ability to navigate complex project landscapes, ensuring all project components, including business, operational, and technological deliverables, meet stringent criteria for success.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects ensuring alignment with business outcomes, including timeline, budget, and quality adherence.
Direct and manage project teams, fostering efficient internal and external communication.
Strategize to mitigate risks and execute projects within governance frameworks.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
Offer continuous advice and adjustments to uphold project viability and meet deliverables.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Exceptional ability to manage stakeholder relationships across all levels.
Profound skill in risk management and resolution of project issues.

Industry Experience:
A strong background in finance, preferably with experience in the vehicle equipment finance sector, is highly desirable.
