Work Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience. Pediatric experience is a plus but not required. Education:
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred). Bachelor’s + 5 years’ PT experience may also be accepted. License:
Active Illinois PT license (compact license accepted) Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
