Overview:
We are seeking a Clinical Quality RN to support a Quality SDS Operations team. This fully remote contract role focuses on HEDIS and chart chase activities, with flexible scheduling and potential weekend work. Candidates must be technically savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review medical records for HEDIS and HEDIS-like measures
Abstract clinical data and perform data entry
Support quality initiatives and gap closure strategies
Communicate trends and challenges impacting quality outcomes
Navigate multiple documentation systems for data collection
Conduct inbound/outbound calls for medical record requests
Provide administrative support for reporting and special projects
Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
Required Qualifications:
Active RN license
Minimum 2 years of HEDIS experience
Strong knowledge of managed care and clinical quality standards
Proficiency in medical record review and abstraction
Excellent time management and communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint)
Critical thinking and independent work capability
