What We're Looking For:

Position Overview:
As a Housekeeper, you will be tasked with consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards while cleaning resort property units, in alignment with the company's mission and values.
Essential Functions:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and excellence
Strip units of soiled linens and manage waste disposal
Thoroughly clean all areas of units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and outdoor spaces
Report clean units as ready for inspection
Identify and report maintenance issues following company guidelines
Address damaged or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens
Notify Supervisor of missing inventory and supplies
Perform weekly guest service cleans as instructed
Assist in keeping storage closets organized and tidy
Attend training sessions and apply learned skills practically
Ensure a safe working environment
Promptly assist in resolving guest complaints
Work with a sense of urgency to ensure timely unit turnovers
Other duties as assigned
Experience and Education Requirements:
Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not mandatory
Ability to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)
Strong decision-making skills
Effective planning and scheduling abilities
Basic literacy and math skills required
Punctuality and personal accountability are essential
A passion for cleanliness and a strong work ethic
Willingness to adapt and learn new skills
Ability to work irregular hours
Travel requirements: rarely
