As an After-Hours Hospice RN, your role will involve advocating for your patients and communicating effectively with the patient, their family, and the hospice care team. You will ensure that every patient receives the quality care they deserve. This position is a salaried full-time role covering on-call responsibilities from 5 PM on Friday to 8 AM on Monday. You will have the support of our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department along with your local hospice team.

Qualifications:
A passion for serving patients and families and a commitment to quality care
Education:

Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current state license as a registered nurse
Experience:

A minimum of two years of nursing experience in a clinical setting required, with at least one year of hospice experience
Required:

Reliable transportation and the ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift 80-100 lbs as needed
