Dishwasher

Operate the dishwasher to efficiently clean all dishes and cooking utensils used in the kitchens, restaurants, and banquets. Re-stock supplies in assigned areas and perform general kitchen cleaning duties, including mopping floors and trash removal.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwasher to clean dishes and cooking utensils.
• Re-stock all supplies in assigned areas.
• Perform general kitchen cleaning duties, including mopping floors and trash removal.
• Scrub pots and pans.
• Perform general/routine cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products to adhere to health standards.
• Address unexpected spills and execute special guest requests.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Essential Skills

• Experience in dishwashing and cleaning.
• Ability to perform kitchen work and food service tasks.
• Proficiency in sweeping and mopping.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Experience in hospitality.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
