Inventory Control Specialist

Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring accuracy of daily picking, packing, and shipping of product. Responsible for ensuring correct inventory transactions and movement of product. Monitoring and ensuring a safe work environment.

Work with Supply Chain Manager and HSE Manager to ensure a safe work environment.
Perform cycle count process and inventory transactions.
Audit outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and identify potential discrepancies.
Problem solve root cause of inventory errors.
Participate actively in preparation for inventories and active participation during inventory.
Ensure 5S throughout warehouse.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree.

Can read work orders, safety instructions, or operating manuals written in English (preferred).

Basic computer skills (preferred).

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Flexibility and reliability to work various shifts as needed.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Ability to lift 20lbs and stand for 4 or more hours at a time.

Shift: 10:30am to 7:00pm; Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $17.80 per hour
Shift Differential: $0.50 per hour
