Position Overview - $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you'll provide in-home skilled nursing care to patients by developing personalized care plans, administering medications and supporting recovery and independence. Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Active RN license in the State of Michigan

Minimum of one (1) year of professional nursing experience in home care, ER, Critical Care or Urgent Care
