Radiologic Technologist Job Details
- Position Type: Travel/Contract Radiologic Technologist
- Healthcare Setting: Hospital Cath Lab
- Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas

- End Date: February 2, 2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts (06:30 - 17:00), rotating day off, call required
- Hours per Week: 40
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2380 - $2550 per week
- Patient Population: Adults and Geriatrics
- Unit Details: Cardiac, IR, Vascular, and Structural procedures; daily census of 10; 3 procedure rooms
Radiologic Technologist Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Radiologic Technologists
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist, including Cardiac, ECG interpretation, or special procedures
- Current ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist)
- Arkansas Department of Health Radiology License
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to respond and arrive in the Cath Lab within 30 minutes when on call
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
- Travel healthcare experience preferred
- Cerner charting experience preferred
Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality radiologic and CT imaging services in the Cath Lab, including cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures
- Interpret ECGs and assist with specialized procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Maintain safety standards and respond promptly in emergency situations
- Lift and transport patients and equipment as needed (up to 125 pounds with assistance)
- Work assigned shifts and provide on-call coverage after hours, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrate composure and efficiency in critical and high-stress healthcare environments
