The Registered Nurse / Circulating Nurse assures the responsibility of planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care administered to surgical patients.
They will have patient contact during the pre-, intermediate-, and immediate post-operative periods, and monitor the activities of all operating room staff during the procedure to which he/she is assigned.
Demonstrates clinical skills in surgery, and serves as charge nurse when assigned by Clinical Nurse Coordinator during regular scheduled hours and during on-call emergency situations.

Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN preferred.
Current licensure as an RN
Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.
Minimum of 1 year of RECENT ACUTE CARE experience in operating room or ICU
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
