• 1 Call Weekend a Month (Fri, Sat, Sun)
• Call 1 day a week Job Description The Operating Room Nurse is a key member of the surgical team who provides exceptional care to patients before, during, and after surgery. This role requires technical and mechanical skills, as well as the ability to handle unusual situations by utilizing expert knowledge and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions throughout surgical procedures.
• Implement nursing actions as necessary to address complications or changing patient conditions.
• Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Minimum of 5 years of operating room nursing experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• Experience with EPIC charting system.
• No local candidates within a 50-mile radius.
