Home Health Aide

Your Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care according to the established plan of care.
Obtain vital signs and document findings accurately.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Recognize and promptly report any changes in patient status.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance (some cases may require driving a handicapped van).
One year of verifiable experience in a healthcare setting.
Certification as a Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions.
