Forklift Operator

Now hiring Forklift Operators ( Order Selectors)

to join our client's warehouse team in

Indianapolis, IN.

This is a fast-paced role

paying $20/hour . As an Order Selector, you will play a crucial role in operations by accurately and efficiently selecting products for customers. The position offers the opportunity to grow within the company and develop valuable skills in logistics and distribution.

Pay Rate:

$20.00 per hour

Available Shift Times :

Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick products based on customer orders
Ensure all picked items are in good condition and match order requirements (quantity, quality, etc.)
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and customer demands
Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times

Key Requirements:

Prior experience in warehouse operations
1 year of experience on a stock picker preferred, but not required (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
