Job Summary

As a Takeout / To Go Restaurant Cashier Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our takeout, delivery, curbside pickup, and catering operations by ensuring timely, accurate, and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet guests, helping them with to-go, takeout, delivery, curbside, and catering orders

• Serve as a brand ambassador during takeout and catering events

• Deliver excellent hospitality and communication to ensure positive guest feedback

• Understand the menu thoroughly to help guests make informed decisions

• Work with management to coordinate and plan catering and takeout orders

• Operate equipment such as coffee machines, iced tea machines, slicers, POS systems, and registers

• Package and label orders, ensuring all components are included

• Review completed orders with guests or delivery team members

• Handle payments accurately, including cash handling

• Complete side work and assist with cleaning duties as needed

Job Requirements

• No previous experience required — we provide full training

• Ability to manage multiple orders at once with attention to detail

• Comfortable using POS systems

• Understanding of English

• Basic knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices

• Possess or be able to obtain a Food Handler's Card (where applicable)

• Ability to follow company policies and standards
