Physical Therapy

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for administering and directing appropriate Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment as prescribed by qualified physician. Responsible for effective communication and accurate documentation.

Location: Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Hospital, Tullahoma, TN

Schedule: Full-Time | Typical Hours: MondayThursday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Alternate Schedule: A Tuesday-Saturday schedule is a possible option

Position Summary: Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehab team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work with an adult patient population across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy sessions (average 11 patients/day, 45 minutes each).
• Split schedule: 2 days outpatient and 3 days inpatient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patients' progress and outcomes in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, adaptability and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient adult rehab settings.
• Familiarity with post-operative and neurological rehabilitation.
