What will you be doing?
Answering phones, heavy phone traffic
Answering inquiries and questions from clients and potential clients
Face to Face Client Interactions at the office
Make outbound phone calls dialing to clients
Working with tax preparers and accountants
Processing Documents
Outbound Dialing to IRS-will be trained
What do you bring?
Positive, can-do attitude
Present a professional resume in your application process
Tolerant of multiple individuals and personalities
Very personable and professional in presentation and dress
Ability to take constructive criticism for improvement in performance
Ability to work with more mature clientele and coworkers
Willingness to take instruction and learn from experienced co workers
Previous accounting or tax preparing experience a plus
