Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager who can drive strategic alignment and execution across a complex application development initiatives for one of our financial clients. This role requires a strong understanding of financials, risk mitigation, and technical project delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a technical mindset, capable of partnering closely with architects and tech managers to translate strategy into actionable deliverables. This role is 3x onsite in Uptown Charlotte, NC.

Technical aptitude or ability to understand and explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
Experience working in environments with limited tooling and high governance
5+ years of experience with application development projects
Prior experience working with burn rate reports, identifying and mitigating risks, and proactively requesting additional funds when needed to meet strategic goals.
Ability to align financial oversight with project execution and communicate funding needs clearly to stakeholders
Excel proficiency (tracking, reporting, etc)
Jira expertise (storyboards, reporting, QA coordination)
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving project scopes
