Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work in the Radiology department at the main campus facility
• Operate GE CT equipment independently (GE 512, GE 128, GE 32 slice scanners)
• Handle approximately 180 CT exams per day across 3 scanners
• Work with 2 techs per scanner during day shifts and total 3 techs during overnight shifts
• Perform routine CT exams for emergency department and inpatient cases only
• Conduct trauma pan scans, head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and CTA procedures
• Minimum 1 year experience in level 1 trauma setting required
• ARRT Radiography certification required; CT certification preferred
• Must demonstrate ability to perform routine CT exams for all types of ED and IP patients
• Follow compassionate care model for patient interactions
• Use Meditech documentation system
• Required uniform: charcoal grey
• Work in Joint Commission accredited facility with CT ACR accreditation
