Sales Associate

The salary range for this role is $15.00 to $16.25 per hour. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

The details

What you need:

• Solid communication skills
• Desire to help customers

What youll do:

• Assist with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise
• Help customers find what they need
• Handle clerical duties like customer files and contracts
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment

Additional requirements:

• Able to perform a physical job including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (dont worry, well train you and give you the tools to do it safely)
• Age: 18 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Note that the pay range provided above is the lowest to highest rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Companys sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Companys sole discretion, consistent with the law.
