Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—you will provide individualized nursing care. You will work collaboratively with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to create and evaluate care plans.
Your responsibilities include:
Providing care across all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
Coordinating care, assessing residents, educating them, and performing a variety of nursing interventions.
Serving as a charge nurse and delegating tasks to both licensed and unlicensed personnel, ensuring safe and efficient care delivery.
Adhering to nursing practice standards as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules.

Qualifications
We prefer candidates who have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program, such as the CCNE or ACEN. A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is highly desired.
To be successful in this position, you must hold an unencumbered RN license in the state where you practice and maintain required competencies and certifications.
