Our client is a growing independent concierge healthcare company with two locations and a team of six physicians. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant with strong customer service abilities to join a concierge-style medical practice. This role requires hands-on clinical skills, including phlebotomy and EKGs, while also providing administrative support to physicians and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and greet patients upon arrival
• Take and record patient vitals
• Handle prescription refills and patient inquiries
• Perform blood draws and assist with EKGs
• Support multiple physicians and adapt to varying patient volumes (1070 patients/day)
• Assist with additional clinical and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience
• Phlebotomy skills required (certification preferred)
• GED or higher required (no certification necessary)
• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable with positive references for attendance and punctuality

• Hours: MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM (no weekends)
• Software: Athena EMR
• Dress Code: Neutral/solid scrubs
