Samaritan Medical Center-AN-0639 MS/Tele FLOAT RN\r\n60 Mile Radius Rule\r\nASAP START!\r\n36 hours\r\n12hr shifts - weekend, holiday and call required\r\n7p-7a\r\n13 weeks\r\nFLOAT: MS 4 Pav, MS 5 Pratt and the acute inpatient rehab (ortho/neuro) \r\nBLS, ACLS REQUIRED\r\nRATIO: 1:5-6\r\nMeditech experience required\r\nTraveler must hold CURRENT NY license.\r\nGraduate from an accredited School of Nursing.\Septic, COPD, CHF, post op, general med surg, post-op plastics, ALC (waiting to go to nursing home)\r\nRequired drips and medications: Heparin drips, mag and k riders\r\nPossesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles. Ability to provide quality patient care, and ability to assess patient's needs, e.g. clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual.\r\nMust be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative, problem-solving skills.\r\nMay be required to assume duties as a charge nurse.\Contract Weeks:90
