American Traveler is hiring a Physical Therapist for a day shift Home Health position requiring licensure in WI or MI.

Responsibilities

• Home Health setting serving patients in the community
• Day shift schedule
• Use of electronic medical record with laptop provided
• Care conference meetings held as part of team communication
• Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients and delegating to PTAs when appropriate
• Completion of all required documentation for regulatory and reimbursement purposes is expected
• Training provided in documentation systems and paperwork processes
• Business casual dress code is required

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license required in WI or MI based on location
• Experience in Home Health setting preferred
• License required if applicable
