Order Fulfillment Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their dedicated team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Boone, NC

Pay Range: $16-$17/hour

Shift: 7am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Retrieve stock to fill customer orders and transport items to the shipping desk for packing.
• Receives orders through printed pick tickets and retrieves goods from warehouse.
• Checks packing list for accuracy and inspects collected goods.
• Delivers materials to packing desk for packing and updates computer ordering system.
• Take clothing and place in garment bag for shipping. 

What's Needed?

• Must be in good physical condition and have good motor skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
• Must have good hand/eye coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory
