Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with WA state certification, BLS, and Epic experience for a day shift assignment.
Responsibilities
- Work at a Breast Health Center with regular floating to an outpatient clinic
- Primary duties include screening mammograms with potential rotation into diagnostic and procedural areas if experienced
- Monday through Friday 8-hour day shifts with variable start times of 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, or 8:00 AM
- No weekend or call requirements
- Experience with Epic EMR required
- Float within the hospital as needed
- May float to an alternate clinic location up to 5 times per month
- Candidates with diagnostic and procedural experience may be rotated into those areas
- Return staff must have been gone for at least 1 year to be eligible
- Travel pairs accepted
- Online modules completed during orientation
- Maximum of 5 days requested time off allowed per assignment
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a Mammography Technologist
- WA state license required
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Epic charting experience required
- License required if applicable
