Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Tech performs imaging procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. This role requires the ability to competently execute a variety of technical procedures necessitating independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities

Perform various interventional radiology procedures independently.
Ensure the safety of patients by adhering to radiation safety protocols.
Maintain and operate imaging equipment according to best practices.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Preferred Vascular Interventional (VI) or Cardiovascular (CV) A.R.R.T. registration.
ARRT Certificate.
Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
ACT 33 and ACT 73 clearances.
